Return Policy
If you placed your order through our online store, please contact our Orthodox Lighthouse office via e-mail or by phone to request return authorization. You must include all of the following information in your request:
Name
Address
Telephone
Order Number
Items name(s) and number(s)
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees.
Theodule Press is not liable for items damaged by the shipping agent. If a box arrives damaged, the customer should refuse shipment. If upon opening the outer packaging an item is received damaged, the customer must report it immediately to the shipper. Packaging material must be retained for inspection to receive credit or replacement.
Important: retain all packaging for inspection if damage is discovered.
